This topic is showing me that there is so much more around this. All the unspoken taboos. The scepticism of employees towards people who are freelancing. The unspoken ridicule when someone is building something of their own and makes mistakes. It is human. We judge to feel better that we are safe.

I wish I had a better closing for this at this stage – it however needs more thinking on my side.
